Enterprise Database Corporation (EDC®) is proud to announce its partnership with Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) - SPARK to help in providing STEM programs & initiatives to PWCS schools that they may not otherwise have.

EDC®’s partnership with SPARK (Supporting Partnerships and Resources for Kids) will support Prince William County’s schools and educators as they strive to improve student outcomes and promote equitable learning experiences, particularly among minorities, students with disabilities, and English Language Learners. EDC®’s selected area of focus in its partnership with SPARK is STEM education, where SPARK seeks to encourage all students to learn computer science and one day pursue careers in technology or other in-demand jobs of the future. EDC® will contribute to supply equitable access to quality STEM education opportunities to PWCS students.

SPARK’s mission is to engage community and business partners to fund and promote initiatives and new opportunities that enhance educational excellence, with a strategy driven by a direct focus on PWCS schools and the PWCS Strategic Plan. SPARK enhances the education of PWCS students by sharing cumulative knowledge, skills, and resources which will positively impact student achievement, work readiness, and community involvement.
