We are proud to announce the launch of our new Customer Service Portal. The goal of the new EDC Customer Service Portal is to be the place where customers can interact with our Customer Service Team, find resources and answers to their questions, and view company historical information. In phase one which has now been completed, registered users can submit and monitor the status of the tickets submitted by themselves or by other users from the same company directly from the Customer Service Portal, by telephone, or by writing to CustomerService@edcus.net. In the next phases customers will be able to submit and monitor the status of company requests and feedback for product enhancement as well as access informational and training materials.
